Who we are

Pantheon is made by Meduseld Ltd. We're responsible for the information described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

• Your email address
• Which form you used (the top of the page or the bottom)
• When you joined

That's all. This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn't load anything from advertising or social networks.

What we use it for

To send you a welcome email confirming you're on the list, and one email when Pantheon launches. We won't send you anything else, sell your email, or share it with anyone for marketing. We use it because you asked us to (your consent), and you can withdraw that at any time.

Where it's kept

The waitlist is stored with Supabase, our database provider. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which, like any web host, briefly processes your IP address to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. Emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which processes your address only to deliver them. These providers act on our instructions and may store data outside the UK, under standard safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep it

Until we've sent the launch email, after which we delete the waitlist. If you leave the waitlist before then, we delete your email straight away.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it, and you can leave the waitlist at any time. Just email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. You can also just reply to any email from us.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
